Home Farm MK Returns and Refunds Policy

At Home Farm MK we take pride in crafting high quality English honey and naturally infused flavours with great care and attention. We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds and replacements work for our honey products in line with UK consumer law.

1. Your Rights Under UK Law

All purchases made from Home Farm MK are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You are entitled to:

  • Goods that arrive in satisfactory quality

  • Goods that match their description and images

  • Goods that are fit for purpose

If any of these conditions are not met you have the right to a repair, replacement or refund.

2. Non Returnable Items for Food Safety

As our honey is a food product, unopened jars or sachets can be returned only if:

  • They are in their original sealed condition

  • They have not been opened, used or tampered with

  • They are returned within the relevant timeframe

Opened food items cannot be returned due to food safety and hygiene regulations, except in cases where the product is faulty.

3. If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Faulty

If your honey arrives damaged, leaking or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will ask for:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photographs showing the damage or fault

Once confirmed, you can choose between a replacement, store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

There is no need to return damaged items unless we specifically request it.

4. If You Change Your Mind

If you purchased your honey online you have a 14 day cooling off period under UK law. This begins the day after you receive your order.

To receive a refund you must return the item in its original unopened condition. You are responsible for return postage unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

We will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

5. Incorrect Items

If we send you the wrong product we will replace it at no cost to you. In most cases we will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

6. Quality Concerns

Honey is a natural product and can vary in colour, taste and crystallisation. These natural variations are not faults. However if you believe your product does not meet our normal standards, please contact us. We assess every query fairly and always aim for a positive outcome.
