Our products include unprocessed English honey, naturally infused honey flavours and selected honey based goods.

3. Product Information

We take care to ensure our product descriptions, ingredients lists and images are accurate. Honey is a natural product which can vary in colour, flavour and crystallisation. These variations are normal and do not indicate a fault.

If you have any allergies or dietary concerns you must check all product information before purchase.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

Payments are accepted through secure third party checkout providers.

An order is only confirmed once payment has been accepted.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. These are estimates and not guarantees.

Once dispatched, orders become the responsibility of the courier.

If an item arrives damaged you must notify us within 48 hours.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Your rights are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Unopened honey can be returned within the lawful cooling off period.

Opened food items cannot be returned unless faulty.

7. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically on the frequency selected at checkout. You can cancel or pause at any time before the next renewal date.

If a renewal has already been processed the cancellation will begin from the next cycle.

8. Wholesale or Trade Orders

Wholesale and bulk orders may have separate terms including pricing, delivery arrangements and minimum order quantities.

Any agreed wholesale terms take priority over the general Terms of Service.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after an order is placed.

Promotions may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
