Cancellation policy
Home Farm MK Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how customers can cancel purchases, subscriptions and pre orders with Home Farm MK. All processes follow UK consumer law including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. Cancelling a One Time Purchase
If you purchased honey or infused honey as a single order you can cancel before the order has been dispatched.
To cancel an unshipped order:

Email support@homefarmmk.co.uk with your order number and request to cancel

If the order has not yet left our fulfilment team we will process the cancellation and issue a refund
If your order has already been dispatched the normal returns policy applies.
2. Cancelling a Subscription
Home Farm MK subscriptions are flexible and can be cancelled at any time.
Before the next shipment
You can cancel or pause your subscription any time before the next renewal date. This will stop the next charge and the upcoming shipment.
After renewal
If a subscription renews and the order has already begun processing, the cancellation will apply from the following cycle. This is because food items that have entered the fulfilment stage cannot be cancelled mid processing.
How to cancel a subscription
You can cancel by:

Logging into your Home Farm MK account and managing your subscription settings

Emailing support@homefarmmk.co.uk and requesting cancellation, including your full name and subscription email address
Refunds on subscription charges
Subscription charges already processed are non refundable unless:

The product is damaged or faulty

The wrong item was supplied

Your statutory rights apply
3. Cancelling a Pre Order
From time to time we offer pre order items such as limited edition infused honey flavours or seasonal batches.
You may cancel a pre order at any time before dispatch for a full refund.
If your pre order has already shipped the returns policy applies.
4. Cooling Off Period for Online Purchases
Under UK law you have a 14 day cooling off period for most online purchases. This applies to unopened honey products and accessory items such as gift packaging.
If you wish to use your cooling off rights, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the items in their original sealed condition.
Opened food items cannot be returned or cancelled within the cooling off period due to food safety rules, except if the product is faulty.
5. Cancelling in Error or Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally place a duplicate order or complete checkout twice, contact us immediately. If the items have not yet been dispatched we will cancel the duplicate order and refund you in full.
