From Our Bees to Your Table
Every jar begins with thousands of hardworking bees collecting nectar from trees, hedgerows and wildflowers throughout the Buckinghamshire countryside.
After harvesting, the honey is carefully extracted, filtered only enough to remove natural wax particles, and bottled by hand in small batches.
The result is authentic English honey with all of its natural character preserved.
Why Our Honey Is Different
Unlike many supermarket honeys, our honey is produced entirely from our own apiaries and never blended with imported honey.
Every jar offers complete traceability from hive to home and reflects the flowers available during each season.
Because our honey is unprocessed, every harvest has its own unique colour, aroma and flavour.
Nature never produces exactly the same honey twice.
Perfect Ways to Enjoy Our Honey
Our honey is incredibly versatile.
Enjoy it:
- Drizzled over toast
- Stirred into tea or coffee
- Added to natural yoghurt
- Poured over porridge
- Served with artisan cheeses
- Used in baking
- Mixed into marinades
- Added to salad dressings
- Paired with roasted vegetables
- Used as a natural sweetener
Naturally Set Honey
Honey naturally crystallises over time.
This is a sign that your honey has remained unprocessed and retains its natural sugars.
If your runny honey begins to set, simply place the jar in warm (not boiling) water and stir gently until it returns to your preferred consistency.
