Experience the taste of genuine English honey, produced by our own honey bees and carefully harvested from our apiaries around Milton Keynes and the surrounding countryside.
Our bees forage on a constantly changing mix of wildflowers, bramble blossom, lime trees, gardens and hedgerows throughout the season. The result is a beautifully light, floral honey with a smooth texture and delicate flavour that reflects the British landscape from which it came.
Unlike many supermarket honeys, our honey is never blended with imported honey. Every jar contains 100% pure English honey that is hand extracted, gently coarse filtered to remove larger pieces of wax and bottled by us in small batches. We never heat our honey unnecessarily or finely filter it, helping to preserve its natural flavour, aroma and character.
Whether you drizzle it over porridge, stir it into yoghurt, spread it on warm toast or simply enjoy it by the spoonful, this is everyday honey at its very best.

What does it taste like?
Every season is slightly different because our bees collect nectar from whatever is naturally flowering at the time.
Typically you can expect:
- Light floral aroma
- Gentle sweetness
- Fresh wildflower notes
- Smooth finish
- Naturally changing flavour from season to season
No two harvests are ever identical, which is one of the joys of genuine English honey.
Naturally unprocessed
Honey is one of nature's simplest foods.
After harvesting, we carefully spin the honey from the comb before passing it through a coarse filter to remove larger pieces of beeswax. We do not heavily process it, allowing you to enjoy honey much as the bees made it.
Natural crystallisation
If your honey becomes thicker or develops crystals, don't worry.
Crystallisation is completely natural and is a sign that your honey has remained largely unprocessed.
If you prefer a runnier consistency, simply stand the jar in warm (not boiling) water until it gently returns to a liquid state.
